Revenue increased by 23 percent to just over two billion Danish kroner, far exceeding analysts’ expectations. Operating profit more than doubled to 748 million Danish kroner.

”We delivered a strong first half of 2026, with record Travel Health revenue, continued robust profitability and solid execution across our manufacturing network. Demand for our rabies vaccines remained exceptionally strong across key markets, while our chikungunya vaccine continued to gain traction in Europe following multiple launches during the period”, said Paul Chaplin, President & Chief Executive Officer of Bavarian Nordic, in a press release.
